We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any date changes or cancellations.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are charged in full, and this charge is non-refundable.

If our team arrives and is unable to access your home, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your regular cleaning rate will apply.

We do everything possible to work within your requested time frame. You don’t need to be home during your cleaning just be sure to leave us access to the home for your scheduled appointment.

In the event of schedule changes due to holidays or weather conditions, we’ll do our best to reschedule your cleaning as close as possible to your original date.
